Delivery
Delivery is free to a UK mainland (excludes GRP products see below) to a UK mainland address on orders over £200.00 net. (excluding trims) and despatched on a 2-4 days eco delivery service. (excluding Scotland and the British Isles)
- For next day delivery the charge is £25.00 +vat (available week days only) (excluding Scotland and the British Isles)
- Orders placed by 11-30am are despatched the same day (subject to availability)
- For orders under £200.00 net delivery is charged at £8.50 + vat
- For orders to Scotland and the British Isles the charge is £25.00 + vat
- For trims the delivery charge is £20.00 + vat
- Please note deliveries may be split and made by more than one carrier.
GRP liquids are classified as hazardous, we can only accept online orders for delivery to areas within a 20- mile radius of High Wycombe, these orders are delivered by our own transport. The delivery charge is £30.00 + vat.
We are happy to provide GRP orders anywhere within the UK, please contact us for a transport quotation.
Desmopol and Pro Coat kits are delivered free of charge.
Values are net of vat, delivery charges are plus vat.
For delivery to areas within a 20 – mile radius of High Wycombe (HP11)
Deliveries may be available via our own transport and can be free dependent on value or charged at lower prices than those via courier, please call us for information.
Returns
If you are not happy with your product/s, you may return them to us in the original condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
The cost of returning goods to us shall be at your expense, refunds will be made within 7 days of us receiving them, we will use the original payment method for the refund. Any goods returned must be in their original condition, we reserve the right to apply a charge for re-stocking damaged items with any such charge being deducted from any refund.
